Why Packages Make Me Happy

Whether they arrive from a new friend, an old friend, family or France, I smile, I'm excited and cannot wait to open them. It's part of the reason I started French Fridays.

I received this wonderful package from Rhonda of RhondaMum - she has a wonderful ephemera filled Etsy shop. French flash cards and more. You made my day my French loving friend. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've got to believe, like attracts like in our creative world. I'm smiling at your kindness and warmth.

I also received a package from France - snips of vintage French lace - amazingly saved from a sewing project - found in a box of lace long forgotten. If I ever use them in a project, you will know, I will mention it in the description. For now I'm admiring them as I walk by my work table - I'm just like that - saving things for future projects - don't worry, they'll call out to me....Use Me...Use Me.... :)
